Is Casina di Poggia della Rota private and secluded?
Yes, it is. It is surrounded by 10 hectares of private land and overlooks the nearest village of Bassano Romano.

Can we arrange transport in advance?
Certainly, chauffer driven if required; modern or vintage cars.

Where is the nearest seaport?
Roma Civitavecchia, just 40km to the East.

Can you provide service staff?
Certainly, as well as living quarters for the service staff on the ground floor.

Does the price vary according to the number of occupants?
No, the price is for the whole villa, per day, per night or per week.

Where can we find supplies if we choose to do our own catering?
The city of Rome offers the greatest choice while the village of Bassano Romano is the nearest place for locally produced fresh goods and short term supplies. Also, the towns of Viterbo and Bracciano are both within 30km.

Can you arrange a tee time at the Le Querce Golf Club?
Certainly, however in the busy season i.e. May to September Saturdays and Sundays are not always available..

Is the property available as a location for filming?

Is the use of the swimming pool included in the price?
Yes, it is.

Is there a damage deposit to pay?
No, but clients will be liable for any damage caused.

Is the property well connected by public transport?
Unfortunately not, the nearest train station is in Viterbo 30 km away.
